Chambering:
A process of cutting the desired chamber in a barrel blank. This is the most important step to ensure the highest level of precision in a rifle. We have developed proprietary methods to minimize chatter and aligning the chamber with the bore of the barrel to less than 0.0001”.
Tenon Threading:
Before chambering, a tenon is cut on the barrel blank so that it can be screwed into the rifle action.
Stock Services

Skim Bedding:
A process of removing a thin layer of material from the existing inlet of a stock that already has pillars installed. Applying bedding compound in the inlet and setting the rifle action in to perfectly fit the action to the stock in an effort to relieve any stresses that the stock can input into the action.
Pillar Bedding:
A very similar process and goal to skim bedding, but for a stock that does not have action screw pillars install

Scope Mounting & Leveling:
A level scope is important to have sub-MOA accuracy at long range, so we use the best techniques available to mount your scope as level to the action as possible. We recommend a bubble level be mounted to your rifle to have the greatest success in the field.
Ceramic Coating & Finishing:
We use industry standard ceramic coatings to coat barrels, barreled actions, stocks, or whole rifles. If you have an idea, contact us to get a quote.
